While still below their all-time highs, the combined net worth of the 20 billionaires featured in the 2024 list reached $82.4 billion, reflecting a modest increase of $900 million from the previous year's total of $81.5 billion.
Among the notable figures in the list is Femi Otedola, the Executive Chairman of Geregu Power Plc and a Non-Executive Director of FBN Holdings. Otedola secures the 19th position on the list, with a net worth of $1.1 billion, reaffirming his standing as one of Africa's prominent business figures.
