Court Grants Cubana Chief Priest N10million Bail

Nigerian businessman, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu better known as Cubana Chief Priest has been granted N10M million bail.

Recall that hours ago EFCC had arraigned the businessman over Naira abuse.  Rocket Parrot had reported that EFCC had filed a three-count charge against the businessman for allegedly spraying and tampering with the naira at a social event contrary to the provisions of the Central Bank Act of 2007.

The socialite had arrived before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court, Lagos on Wednesday morning, April 17th, 2024, and pleaded not guilty to the charges of naira abuse.

While being arraigned in court this morning, his counsel, Chukwusolo Onukwi opposed the charges filed against him by the EFCC. He had also filed a bail application which has been granted by the judge.

The judge granted him N10 million bail.
