Victor Oye was recognized as the rightful and genuine National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, by the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday.
Edozie Njoku, who had staked out the top position in the political party, was expelled by the court.
According to Justice James Omotoso's ruling, it is evident that Victor Oye is the rightful National Chairman of the party based on the rulings of the Federal High Court, Court of Appeal, and later Supreme Court.
According to Justice Omotoso, Edozie Njoku was an intrusive party who was trying to reap what he had not sown in the lawsuit.
The court criticized CN Nwagwu, a lawyer, for purposefully misleading the court and creating unneeded confusion that drained the court's judicial resources.
Nwagwu, according to Justice Omotoso, did not carry out his duties as Minister in the Temple of Justice, and he also acted in a way that was improper for a lawyer of his standing.
