The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has been accused by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Senator Dino Melaye of generating incorrect statistics when transferring results to the backend server.
Melaye, a spokesperson to the PDP presidential candidate in the recently completed election on February 25, announced this in a message on his Twitter account on Monday.
He said that as the commission sent the election results to the backend system, his party will reveal any incorrect imputation and changes in the numbers.
Remember that the Court just granted the Election Commission permission to modify the BVAS (Bimodal Voter Accreditation System) in time for the March 18 governor's election.
The ex-lawmaker claimed that they would startle INEC and its ICT section.
"INEC is acting incorrectly, and incorrect impugnation is occurring. Incorrect values and imputations will be revealed when they change during upload and backend transfer. We'll astound INEC and the ICT division. Several people are going to jail, he tweeted."
