Award-winning Nigerian music star Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy paid a visit to the Teaching Hospital at the University of Port Harcourt.
In videos circulating on Twitter, the musician was seen visiting a hospital while in his hometown. In the video, everyone was vying for a chance to meet and greet the well-known celebrity, causing chaos in the hospital.
Reports state that Burna Boy settled every hospital patient's expenses during his visit.
He had also donated more than N10 million to University of Port Harcourt students. He claimed in his statement that he had come to Port Harcourt only out of love for his people and those in need of financial support with things like school tuition.
He said, “Na only love I come show my people o, those people wey need financial assistance like school fees”.
This is coming two months after he renovated an orphanage home in Port Harcourt. The Grammy singer, through the DashMe Foundation, had renovated Cheshire Orphanage Home, a home dedicated to providing care and support for individuals with disabilities or special needs.
