Bovi Laments AMVCA Losses

Nigerian comedian and actor Bovi Ugboma has lamented over his loss at the just concluded 10th edition of the African Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA). 

The comedian, who was nominated for the Best Writing TV series for his work on Visa On Arrival, lost to Mona Ombogo of Volume. 

He took to his Instagram page to lament, he noted how he has bagged 7 nominations since inception, with 4 being individual nominations, yet he hasn’t won any. 

Despite this, he believed that before the 20th anniversary of AMVCA, he would have won 10 awards. Not holding any grudge, he congratulated all who won as he noted how they deserved it.
