Ashleigh Plumptre, Nigerian Defender Becomes One of the Most High-Profile Women's Players to Join the Saudi Women's Premier League
Ashleigh Plumptre's Career
Before making her Nigeria debut in 2022, Plumptre played youth football for England.
She started all four of Nigeria's Women's World Cup matches, where she performed admirably, before the team was eliminated by
England Women in the Round of 16 via a penalty shootout.

Plumptre is thrilled to begin her career with Al-Ittihad and is looking forward to playing with some fantastic stars.
After the club unveiled the player, she said as per
