Adunni: Njoku is rude, ill-mannered, arrogant
Francis Njoku, an Indrive cab driver, has vowed to take legal action against Nollywood actress Adunni Ade.
The dispute began on September 18 when Adunni accused Njoku of stealing her parcel and failing to deliver it. She called him out on Instagram, resulting in significant attention and indignation.
After Indrive intervened and locked Njoku's profile, the box was delivered to the sender later that night, according to Adunni.
However, the driver retaliated by blasting Adunni Ade for tarnishing his name.
Njoku claimed Ade’s post smeared his name, he said: You have made nonsense of my image and I have contacted my legal team and we’ll see you in court. You are not the person who requested the ride.
Many human rights activists and lawyers have called me and think I won’t let it go that way. You must render an unreserved apology and ask Instablog to pull the post down.”
Adunni Ade responded, sharing screenshots of her interactions with Njoku and the fashion designer. She maintained her innocence, emphasizing her commitment to honesty.
Adunni wrote: “One thing about me is I do not lie nor cheat my fellow being. When we speak of change, let that change start with you! With the current economic state, everyone is doing what they can to stay afloat irrespective of your finances.
In my whole adult life of ordering and delivering or using services of logistic companies, I have never encountered anyone as rude, uncivilized, ill-mannered, arrogant, entitled as Frances Njoku.”
